A seat is any user who can create or manage documents and routing rules. Approvers who only review and sign documents through email links do not require a seat.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Slack and Google Workspace integrations are included on Team and Business plans. The Business plan also includes full API access for custom integrations with your internal tools and other platforms.

All completed documents are stored in your ZippedScript library with no storage limits on any plan. You can export or download documents at any time. Audit trail retention is 90 days on Starter and unlimited on Team and Business.
