This Cookie Policy explains how ZippedScript Ltd ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on tryzippedscript.com and within the ZippedScript platform. It supplements our Privacy Policy. Because ZippedScript is a B2B document-workflow tool used primarily by operations teams, our use of cookies is limited to what is necessary to run the platform securely, maintain your session, and gather anonymized usage data to improve the product.

2. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or log in to a web application. They allow us to recognize your device across page loads, maintain your authenticated session, store your preferences such as notification settings within the dashboard, and measure how features are being used. We also use related technologies such as local storage for banner-dismissal state.

Opting out of analytics does not affect your ability to use the core document-drafting and routing features of ZippedScript.

ZippedScript's cookie banner script reads the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal from your browser. If your browser transmits navigator.globalPrivacyControl === true, we suppress analytics initialisation automatically, regardless of whether you have previously dismissed the cookie notice. Strictly necessary cookies (session and CSRF) continue to operate because they are required for the platform to function.

6. Third-Party Cookies

Cookies or similar technologies may be set by third-party service providers acting on our behalf. These providers include our cloud infrastructure provider (for security and load-balancing functions) and our transactional email service (for delivery confirmation pixels). We have data-processing agreements with each provider that limit their use of data to the service they provide to ZippedScript and prohibit them from using that data for their own marketing purposes.
